Mr. Choeib Boutamine, energy advisor and CEO of Ranadrill Consulting, said during the Daily Market Energy Podcast that if there’s a balance between global supply and demand, any new geopolitical issue might noticeably impact oil prices.
However, with the current oversupply in the market, conflicts like those in Libya or the Middle East, haven’t reached a level where they significantly affect international oil and gas prices.
